I've read lots of questions and answers relating to the sximporter and I just cannot access it under Beta 3 no matter what I do. All I get are 404 errors.

I've installed OSQA using the Webfaction installation script, which I believe installs Fantasy Island Beta 3.

I have South installed correctly.

I'm accessing the importer with a trailing slash as required ( http://mydomain.myusername.webfactional.com/admin/sximporter/ ) but it still doesn't work.

I'd appreciate some urgent help with this as "the powers that be" at StackExchange are shutting my StackExchange 1.0 site down in the next few days (not much warning, I know) and I could really do with moving all the data over to OSQA as soon as possible.

If I need to upgrade my OSQA version to later than Beta 3 as implied here, I'd appreciate an idiot's guide to how to upgrade it. Despite having some software development experience, Python/Django are new to me.

Thanks
