OSQA installation instructions in German

Just in case someone is looking for a German OSQA install documentation, I created a detailed Step-by-Step guide about OSQA installation on Ubuntu Server.

During the installation I stumbled upon some minor problems with the official README, so I thought it might be good to share the link:
