Hi, I am the administrator of a site where we have installed the OSQA platform. Everything is working great, except that I am not getting any notification email when a new user joins or a new question is posted. I have checked all the notification settings to 'instantly' but it is still not working out. I have already updated the email settings, and when I click the 'Test' link, I am getting an email. I received a validation email as well. The platform is hosted on Dreamhost. Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks. |

I've got some questions to help us diagnose this: perhaps you could edit your question, adding in any answers to these that you can:
Do any OSQA emails work at all?
Have you gone through the admin screen setting up all the email settings and running a test?
What version of OSQA are you running?
Where is it hosted? Self-hosted, Webfaction, Dreamhost, ...

Where did you download it from? Is it the beta 3? If not, hover over the "powered by OSQA" line at the bottom of the page, on your site - does that give you a version number?
I think we are using fantasy land version of OSQA, we do receive emails to authenticate user accounts but nothing after that, email digest, notifications don't seem to work at all. We have configured Google Aps on our account and we would like to resolve this issue asap
