ie 8 bugs? which ones did you encounter?

I noticed few bugs that happen only in IE8.

log out button doesn't work
notify area (yellow thing in the header) doesn't show in IE8. I can see blank space, but itself the text and bgr is not there.
log in page: facebook button has no graphics and is unusable.

Did you find fixes for this?
