Hello We have configured our Google App account details onto email settings on osqa however email notifications don't seem to work even after entering all info accurately. I test and i don't receive any emails. Could you please guide us to understand what is going wrong, our domain is askgovacuum.com Thank you |

This does work for me. Here are some tips: (1) In emails settings for Google Apps, make sure POP is turned on. (2) Configure like this on your OSQA email config page:
(3) Try the TEST button on the OSQA email setup page in admin. (4) Check your spam folder, if necessary. |
Could you try to test the email settings, using the test widget from the Email settings set? If you don't receive any emails at all it's more likely to be an email configuration issue rather than notifications issue. Make sure you've filled in all the SMTP data correctly.
