Many people face Q&A system like OSQA for the first time. They simply do not know that answers should be accepted if they are valid. I think it could be good to have some configurable settings that will show reminder to user if he/she has too many unaccepted answeres. For example, if user has 10 answers at 0% accept rate (nothing is accepted) the following message is shown every time user log on (using notification bar in the top of the page):

Dear user, You have unaccepted answeres. Please look through and accept the best.
