CCing a question to an email address

Hi,

Can we have a facility on question page to CC the question to an email id?

The use case is that in company-wide osqa environments, we would like to CC a question to the email alias of an individual or a certain team alias. This would be really useful to direct question to the correct team. After the CC is set, team gets any answers/comments in that question page.
