How can Facebook login Given URL error be corrected

I'm running latest trunk. If I try a Facebook login, I get an error Invalid Argument. Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.. This only happens if I am not signed in to Facebook - if I am signed in, then a blank error page appears...

I tried disabling csrf as recommended in facebook login won't login to no effect...
