How often to run Cron Job?

0	How often should we schedule to run the cron job in the /cron folder? cron setup asked 11 Apr '11, 22:50 seventhman 80●2●2●6 accept rate: 100%

I guess, if you want a daily digest, then schedule it to run daily.

Thanks Andrew. I wasn't sure if the cron did anything else besides the daily digest. (sending subscription emails, etc.)
