Hi guys,

I've deployed osqa on my site. The facebook login worked for some time, but the in stopped and I'm getting message "Sorry, your Facebook session has expired, please try again". This happens when I'm logged out, and try to login using Facebook.

Any ideas what it can be ? obviously the api key/secret are ok, cause it would have given different error. What makes osqa think that the session is expired ?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Aren't developers visiting this site ? Where can I get support for this issue?

Thank you

@Jack, the OSQA dev team is here routinely, but that doesn't mean we can support each free, open source community user as if they were a customer. We help a LOT of people here, but if you want professional services and support, then you should probably approach DZone for a quote.

@rickross - I'd think that bug in FB connect, which I think is most popular way to login, would get more attention. It's not like I'm complaining about some typo, or a way to customize something rarely used.
