How do I find what logs to provide when asking for help?

This differs per environment. Usually, the guide you used to install OSQA will specify the logs' location. On the default OSQA installation from the Amazon EC2 AMI (Ubuntu), there are two helpful logs, one at /var/log/apache and the other at /home/osqa/osqa-server/log. Also see this question for CentOS.
