Is it normally the latest version of master?

Normally you can expect meta.osqa.net to be running the latest master or an enhanced version with some code and features that have not yet been pushed into the master (but probably will be soon.) The meta.osqa.net site, itself, is one of the primary places where we deploy new features for live, real-world testing before we commit them to the master.

Perhaps the meta.osqa.net site can actually display a link to its git version?

Well technically we're still in development and is still "unsafe" to mark a version because the api and database schema are not fully defined yet and may suffer changes from time to time. But we're actively discussing this, and we should have a stable release soon.

Right now you can consider the latest on master as the best and probably most stable option.
