Can the question be edited later after it is posted

Seems once a question is posted, it cannot be edit by other people. Is it possible to allowd somebody else (not just the person who asked the question) to modify it later through proper settings?

0	I figured it out. Once the community wiki checkbox is checked, it is good to go. link answered 16 Mar '11, 13:34 ericyoung 26●2●3 accept rate: 100%
