I have downloaded the most recent stack exchange dumps and I am not 100% sure how to import these files into OSQA.

I downloaded it using bitorrent and now i have a folder with a bunch of .7z 7zip files.

At this point I am lost and have had a hard time finding any answers to my questions.

Wait, bittorrent? Are you trying to import Stack Overflow's dumps, or your own stack exchange? I don't think your own SE dumps have anything to do with bittorrent.

@ripper is correct, it seems you're trying to import the SO dumps, which will not work since the data format is very different than the one from stack exchange dumps.

Oh ok... i guess that makes sense... i wasn't too sure but I was trying to figure out if there was just some generic content I could dump into my OSQA just to play with things... obviously i cant generate pages of content myself. (well not in a short period of time anyway.

Are there any generic stackexchange dumps that I could use??

@cuzzinz - I don't think so, but you can try asking for a dump of meta.osqa itself. Still, I think the dumps contain private user data, and so you won't be able to find one without sensitive information.
