Value from "Site 'from' Email Address:" absent in field 'From' in e-mail

When click 'Forgot password' (my OSQA-based site) I receive e-mail. Ok. But:

if set 'OSQA' in 'Email settings' (Site 'from' Email Address:) - in field 'From' e-mail shown '=?utf-8?b?T1NRQSDQkNC90LTRgNC+0LzQtdC00LAgPE9TUUE+?='

if set 'bob@gmail.com' in 'Email settings' (Site 'from' Email Address:) - in field 'From' e-mail shown '=?utf-8?b?T1NRQSDQkNC90LTRgNC+0LzQtdC00LAgPGJvYkBnbWFpbC5jb20+?='

Please, tell me, how to fix it?

My notifications come up with a blank "From", although in configuration "Site 'from' Email Address:" have info[dog]mysite.com

0	Check this incident in the bugtracker: Email 'From:' field appears blank at least in gmail There is also a fix which works for me. link answered 05 Aug '11, 06:43 mgiann 71●1●2●8 accept rate: 33%
