Maybe. Maybe not.

Qato will be a commercial product -enterprise level- for some it will be a wise choice to migrate to that platform, for others, the cost of doing so would compel them to continue using OSQA as proper solution according to their needs.

It's worth noting that support for OSQA will continue and Qato should not be seen as a replacement for OSQA but rather a scalable solution for those in need of it.

It is possible to migrate from OSQA to Qato.

No, you definitely do not have to stop. OSQA and Qato have different audiences. OSQA is free software that makes it easy to power a standalone Q&A site. Qato is commercial software intended for companies and organizations that want to include social Q&A functionality more broadly into the way they operate. If you just need one site and you don't care about the social features or theming, then OSQA provides an excellent solution for free.

Qato makes it pretty easy to import your OSQA data and keep moving forward. When it comes to theming and customization, Qato is significantly more powerful.
