I'm getting 500 errors, and don't remember where the log files are at.

I found the answer in the CentOS installation guide.
The logs are in /var/log/httpd/OSQA

This appears to be different per installation.
That one is the apache log and its configurable in the vhost file. The "OSQA specific" its under log/django.osqa.log on the root of you OSQA install.
Once you sign in you will be able to subscribe for any updates here
