the search feature when adding a question seems to be broken. the results it shows are completely different from the results that appear in regular search. as an example if i enter the term "private" in the search i get relevant questions. but the same term entered in the title box of a new question yields completely bizarre results. additionally the pane shuts on trying to click on the scrollbar in chrome

I just tried a search on the meta.osqa.net forums for private and it yielded basically the same results. I think, though I'm not sure, that both searches use the same engine when dealing with the questions field or radio box. However, if you're searching using tags, that may vary from search in the ask a question form to the standard title bar.

Additionally, if you just search for private in the title search, then type in to the ask a question form, "How do I make my email private?". The search terms are obviously going to be different as one is looking for a specific word or tag, the other is looking for tags within all the phrasing.
