[closed] What improvements to the user interface would you suggest for this program?

What is your opinion. Maybe you find this program's appearance and behavior lacking in some respects - if that's the case then what do you find missing/odd?

the plan is to simplify markup first. It's pretty heavy now and not so styling-friendly. There are all sorts of divs and tables that don't have to be there.
