I'm going to build a website with OSQA and I also want to contribute to the code and the wiki. I already registered in the Confluence system. If I want to fix problems in the wiki, should I just go ahead do it or ask somebody first? If I want to commit bug fixes or new features, is there a code review process? Is there a code committee? Is there a continuous build for OSQA code?

Thanks for developing OSQA. It's great.

There are a couple different ways to get involved. First, I would recommend joining the Jabber chat room. The core devs hang out there and answer questions. We can then get you setup with permission to add things to the scratch space on the Wiki so we can see the changes you're suggesting. For code committing, you may want to create Jira issues and attach patches to the issues. You can also send them to dev@osqa.net. Does this help?
