[closed] OSQA on Local PC (Test Installation etc)

Hi, I want to try and use OSQA on a local PC (Win XP), could you please guide me from where to start? I don't have good hands on MySQL, Python and Django etc :( I am doing the local installation to understand how to write CSS and design some graphics etc and understand some mechanics of the OSQA software.
