Provide a Meta site with every site (with single sign-on)

It's obvious you're planning this, I'm just putting it here so people can vote on how much they want this feature.

Also - when you get around to providing this - should provide a 'move to meta' feature on questions.

Should make this configurable for smaller sites who don't want a meta

Justin: You'd always have to redirect the meta address to your OSQA server anyway, so by simply not redirecting it you wouldn't have a meta.
