Is there a proper way to report security issue in OSQA?

4	I've found a security vulnerability in Fantasy Island (v0.9.0) Beta 3. But I can't understand where I should report it to. Is there a proper way to report security issue in OSQA? development issue security osqa asked 19 Feb, 07:14 co3k 76●1●5 accept rate: 0%

If you found a vulnerability or some security incident to report please file it at OSQA Jira. If you feel that the vulnerability can be exploited by other users please send it directly to support@osqa.net and it will be fixed. Please include a detailed summary of the issue and describe its nature.

I've sent e-mail to support@osqa.net about that vulnerability on Wed, 29 Feb 2012. But I've not been got any responses ... Do you know more proper way?
