[In moderation] Facebook auth problem

When authentication by facebook I give an error:
"Something wrond happened during Facebook authentication, administrators will be notified" URL where I redirect is very strange /ac/signin/#_=_.

I look at all log files (osqa and webserver) but there is no any errors cause with facebook connection.

Please help me to solve this problem
