When new question asked. I can not get an email. How to fix?

0	I changed default notification setting when new question is asked. I did : A new question is posted: Instantly Still the users don't get an email. Thanks... notification-email email asked 14 Dec '11, 04:55 rasitburak 25●1●3●9 accept rate: 0%
