Why can't I edit a question put into moderation?

I was sent an email saying that my question was put into moderation and that I need to edit it. When I clicked on the link in the email I received a 404.

The link sent in the email is

That would be due to the moderation software malfunctioning. We apologize, and one of the DZone team members is on the case to fix the problem asap.
