How can I view a summary of site moderation activity?

Is there are way to see a summary/ interactive report of site moderation activity?

For example, as an administrator in a regulated industry, the following view would be immensely helpful:

flagged post (content in cell- not a click away)
date of post
date of flag
flag reason (copyright, inappropriate)
current status (active, closed, deleted) (if active or closed, one click to delete)
date deleted (null until delete= y)
notes (editable)

Also the ability to filter by the above columns would be helpful.

Right now you have to go to many different places to pull together this information.
