Problem with installing OSQA on dreamhost

Hi,

Everything went fine until I got stuck at step 8 from this wiki:

http://wiki.osqa.net/display/docs/Installing+OSQA+on+DreamHost

My SSH client gives me the following error:

I have no experience in programming, and I'm clueless on what to do. Any help is appreciated.
