How can I manage users?

To manage users you need to go to their profile logged in as an administrator/moderator. Then you click the "User Tools" link, which opens a drop down menu.

From there you can choose:

grant moderator status
suspend this user

To enable access to the administration you should click the "grant super user status" option.
