Are files deleted from upfiles/?

1	I have seen A LOT of images dead, mostly linking to `http://meta.osqa.net/upfiles/**` for example, why is it happening? It then looks like this meta bug asked 22 Aug '11, 07:14 genesis 95●1●7●14 accept rate: 0% edited 24 Aug '11, 12:51**
